1. Acceptance and Scope
1.1These Website Terms of Use (Website Terms) govern access to and use of the website at www.reelai.com.au and associated public web pages, blogs and downloads (Website) operated by Pillar Health Systems Pty Ltd (ACN 696 899 751), trading as REEL AI (REEL AI, we, us). By accessing the Website you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
1.2Use of the REEL AI platform is governed by the REEL AI Terms of Service (including its Schedules), which prevail over these Website Terms in respect of the platform. The Privacy Policy (which includes our cookie and tracking disclosures) applies to information collected through the Website.
2. Intellectual Property in the Website
2.1All content on the Website — including text, SEO and blog content, graphics, images, photographs, videos, downloads, logos, brand elements, trade marks (whether registered or unregistered), page designs, software and code — is owned by or licensed to REEL AI and is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth) and other Australian and international intellectual property laws.
2.2"REEL AI", the REEL AI logo and associated branding are trade marks of Pillar Health Systems Pty Ltd. Nothing on the Website grants any licence or right to use any trade mark, logo or brand element without our prior written consent.
3. Permitted Use and Restrictions
3.1You may view the Website and download or print content for your personal or internal business evaluation of our services. You must not, without our prior written consent:
(a)reproduce, republish, distribute, communicate to the public, sell or commercially exploit any Website content, including blog and SEO content;
(b)modify or create derivative works from Website content, or remove any copyright, trade mark or proprietary notices;
(c)scrape, crawl, harvest, data-mine or use automated tools to extract Website content or data, including for training machine-learning models;
(d)frame or mirror the Website, or use meta tags or hidden text incorporating our name or trade marks;
(e)interfere with the Website's operation or security, transmit malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access; or
(f)use the Website for any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose.
4. User Submissions
4.1If you submit enquiries, comments, testimonials or other material to the Website (Submissions), you: (a) warrant that your Submissions are accurate, lawful, your own (or duly authorised) and do not infringe any third party's rights; (b) grant REEL AI a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish your Submissions in connection with our business, including marketing; and (c) acknowledge we may remove any Submission at our discretion. Personal Information within Submissions is handled under our Privacy Policy.
5. Information Only — No Advice
5.1Website content is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, compliance or other professional advice, and it may not be complete, current or applicable to your circumstances. Product descriptions, statistics and case studies are indicative only and do not form part of any contract unless expressly incorporated into an Order.

7. Availability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", and all implied conditions, warranties and guarantees are excluded.
8. Australian Consumer Law and Liability
8.1Nothing in the Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on the Customer by the ACL or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement (Non-Excludable Provision).
8.2To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause references within this section, where legislation (including section 64A of the ACL) permits REEL AI to limit its liability for a failure to comply with a Non-Excludable Provision, REEL AI's liability is limited, at REEL AI's option, to: (a) in the case of services, supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again; and (b) in the case of goods, repairing or replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of repair or replacement, provided that this limitation will not apply where it is not fair or reasonable for REEL AI to rely on it for the purposes of the ACL.
8.3Subject to the preceding clauses of this section, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, REEL AI excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or opportunity) arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content, and any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to AUD $100.
9. Changes, Governing Law and Contact
9.1We may change the Website and these Website Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website. Your continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
9.2These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. Questions may be directed to legal@reelai.com.au.
